We offer Sunday to Sunday Rental for $1650/week during the prime summer months (fee includes cleaning).
The property has a main cabin that sleeps 2 in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a single bunk bed and a queen, sleeping 4 all together. The bunkhouse is a great place for kids with 2 bunk beds. If you have particular needs regarding your party, please call use at 303-888-9499.

There are 2 public boat launches that allow you to put your boats in on Davis Bay. The most convenient launch is next to Zorba’s Pizza.
All rentals will have tax added and a $400 deposit that is refunded after rental.
